Charizard is our fire-breathing European Dragon, but I'm absolutely shocked we don't have a Chinese dragon that is fire-type yet. After all Dragons are typically associated with breathing fire.
Not changing this sig until we get a new main series Tales game released on a Nintendo console in the US

Actually, you'd be surprised that Chinese dragons do not represent fire any more than water. Or "spirit".

Actually Dragons breathing fire is the european thing. Chinese Dragons are commonly associated with water. A lot of rivers in China are named dragons. There are mythologies of an underwater palace in the ocean where dragons live. Also, it is said that dragons can manipulate weather, hence farmers would be good and give offerings to the dragons who will bring rain for their crops and stuff. If farmers are bad, they will bring hurricanes and tornadoes and f up the entire farm.

So if anything, they should make Chinese dragons that can manipulate weather. The only thing Rayquaza can do is stop weather which is the closest we will ever get to the real thing. Maybe Kyogre should have been a dragon.
This is a sig. Yup.

Charizard is a dragon in the same way that Golduck is a psychic Pokemon.

Note the lowercase.
Tie it on, in your mind. It's your Noctourniquet.

If such a type existed, you can bet that Ursaring WOULD be in it. Dragon type DOES exist. It consists of dragons.
