But I'd probably change it up for each Pokemon. And I name all my Pokes too, so some phrases would go with the name.
They'd be things like
Haxorus (H4X0RZ) = "U = N00Bs! H4X0RZ = L33T!"
Snorlax (Nap Attack) = "I'm feeling tired, 'cause it's time for a Nap Attack!"

You're up [Pokemon]!
Then I'd throw in something at the beginning or after it. Like, "I have a friend who you'd like. You're up [Pokemon]! or "You're up [Pokemon]. Show them what you can do!"
Sometimes I'd change it up for specific Pokemon. If I had a rock or ground type I'd say "[Pokemon] let's rock and roll"
With my Lucario it'd be "Watch the power of the Aura. Come on out Lucario"
Oh and I'd probably nickname my Pokemon.
