If that was a genuine question, then yes. N is sometimes used where we'd use M in English. Like Hamburger is Hanbaagaa in Japanese.

Yup, it's the same reason why some people spell it "senpai" and some spell it "sempai". Ns and Ms are tricky sometimes.
