Entry hazards can't hurt it if it comes out on turn one, non-contact attacks don't trigger Iron Barbs or Rough Skin, multi-hit moves hit through Sturdy.

Only guaranteed way to kill it will be Sandstorm/Hail. Every team will be forced to carry either Tyranitar, Hippowdon, Abomasnow, or something with Prankster and Sandstorm/Hail (and even then, I think this might be able to fire off Ice Shard first - I'm not totally clear on Prankster's priority effects against other priority moves). It'll be deemed overcentralizing and moved to Ubers.

Offensive movepool of note - Hyper Voice, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunder Bolt, Hidden Power, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Mega Punch, Return, Sucker Punch, Cross Chop, Shadow Sneak.

Setup moves of note - Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Curse

Support moves of note - Thunder Wave, Will-o-wisp, Toxic, Pain Split, Rest, Sleep Talk, Hypnosis, Confuse Ray

Ability: Normalize

Glorious stats and movepool. Unique typing makes it immune to Ghost, Fighting, and Normal. It's ability, sadly, severely limits it as an offensive 'mon and it's support moves can't tough opposing ghosts. Still, should be fairly usable, even in higher tiers do to being able to spread status like poison and paralysis to 'mons that it normally would be unable to do so like Grounds and Steels. Super slow speed makes it very susceptible to Taunt.
