Sylva means Forest in Latin...

Grass already exists... So... Considering Xerneas, and the forest behind it...

Do you think that... A Nature type could be possible?

Nature would be rather redundant.

Yes, it would be like Grass, Water and Wind together...
But... If Sylveon REALLY is derived from Sylva (there is no way to know, lets just guess), what other thing could it be...
ESP, Umbra, Flare, Jolt, Vapor, Leaf and Glacial... They are always obvious... What could it be...

What more forest can be associated?

This is a valid point, yes...

Sylph also means a kind of fairy, associated with the wind.

In other words: Fairy = Normal, but their element is wind = Flying.

The word "sylvan" is often used to describe fairies and forest spirits, including the aforementioned sylph. Considering that its other names are based off of "nymph" and "fee" (German for fairy), that suggests a fairy motif, not necessarily nature. Fairies just happen to be commonly associated with nature, is all.
