All those people who whine about starters and how they should be "balanced" should be coming down on this, and for once I'd be on their side.

Thus ruining the joke forever. (The joke, since it obviously went over your head, is that he's PSEUDO-wood, hence his name. He's not really made of wood. Also, not only is he weak to NOTHING Grass is, and resistant to a lot of it, but his primary fear is Water - something Grass-types resist.)

Delibird Ice/Normal *not all Birds fly just like Doduo*

The only birds that are not Flying-types are a pair of starters, both of which wind up dualtypes. I don't see any reason to drop Flying from Delibird.

Not that many need changes, but there's a few that bug me:

Shelmet: Bug/Steel: This one drives me insane. Why the hell is Shelmet pure Bug!? The whole schtick is that Karrablast steals its armor, thus evolving into the Bug/Steel Escavalier. It would make so much more sense if Shelmet was Bug/Steel that evolved into the pure Bug Accelgor.

Lugia: Water/Flying: Another one that annoys me. There is no reason for it to be Psychic. It's called the guardian of the sea, sleeps in the ocean, causes sea storms, is associated with the sea in every possible way and is even called the Diving Pokemon. And then they go and make it Psychic/Flying. WTF.

Psyduck and Golduck: Water/Psychic: They mention their psychic powers every chance they get, and yet they are pure Water.

Shroomish: Grass/Poison: the Pokedex constantly talks about how it scatters toxic spores.

Glalie: Ice/Rock: the Pokedex says it is made of ice and rock.

Mawile: Steel/Dark: it's the Deceiver Pokemon, and perfectly fits the standard "fighting dirty/sneaky" personality of Dark-types.

Spiritomb: Ghost/Rock: it's a ghost trapped in a rock, for Pete's sake. WTF, Game Freak?

Gyarados - Water/Dragon
Sceptile - Grass/Dragon
Seviper - Dragon/Poison

Every other reptilian/serptine dragon - Whatever their main type is/Dragon.
