Since everyone misinterpreted and trashed my other topic, I'm making a new one.

I'm not saying that there should be two different Sylveons, or Sylveon only as one gender, I'm just wondering if Sylveon will have different features between genders.

Maybe the male Sylveon doesn't have bows and is slightly different in color... something like this. Same pokemon, different features because of gender.

Gender differences became more prominent in gen 5, so I can see them referring to it more in the next gen.

I hope. A male Sylveon with the current design would look way too girly.

I think it would make more sense for the males to have the bow on the chest, like a bowtie, and for the females to have the bow on the head. It looks kind of awkward with both of the bows, but I guess that's the final design.

The only Pokemon to have gender differences in Gen 5 are Unfezant, Frillish, and Jellicent. Some of the extremely minor differences in Gen 4 were just plain silly (Torchic especially).

As I said previously, it's possible, but I don't think it likely. None of the other Eeveelutions have had significant sexual dimorphism. Just because Sylveon looks rather feminine doesn't mean that there will be noticeable differences between the male and female forms.

What, are you going to complain about male Gardevoir and Lopunny, or female Machamp and Conkeldurr?

Then you would be the one that has the problem, not the pokemon.

Fair enough. You responded politely and make a good point, so I thank you for that.

And you're absolutely right. I just think a male pink Sylveon with ribbons in its hair would be a bit strange. But I'm not against it.

Omg. I think that a Pokemon looks girly so I have a huge problem. Oh man. Me and my damn gender.

Nope, but they are manly/girly looking Pokemon, fact.

This would be nice. Maybe a different color scheme too, then it would look like a Sylveon on a tuxedo :D
