What in your opinion is the single best rock type Pokemon?

Anyways, Tyranitar Kills all other Rocks. He wins.

Design-wise, I'm going to say Terrakion, though the bar isn't set very high. I don't like much of any rock-types.

Tyranitar design wise and Tyranitar competitive wise is more useful than Terrakion imo.
