But can we get an item opposite of Eviolite? Where it does the same to Attack and SpAttack?

I love eviolite. It lets you use NFE pokemon that you may like better than their evolutions, and still have a chance competitively.

In Showdown, throughout my NU and RU teams, I use 12 NFE pokemon, one team fully NFE, and some on multiple teams.

Eviolite Rhydon tanks Close Combats like a monster, and is way cooler than ugly-ass Rhyperior.

Proof on turn 14.

I completely agree. I don't think any strategy should have a counter. I think Machamp should learn Fissure too, that would be fair. Bring Uber Articuno back too =D Mindreader+Sheer cold was fair to me.

This is why I love Articuno. Although I wouldn't like him being banned to uber, OU is good enough.

That would be pretty broken.

Except it doesn't. All evos are still better and in a higher tier than their pre-evos (all of which used to be the end of the line in their debut). Only dusknoir is lower and porygon2 with porygonz and chansey and blissey in the same tier. All else are better

I understand what your saying but ingame I love Eviolite. It makes it a lot easier to raise pokemon that take a while to evolve cus later in the game FE pokemon can do some damage to those like Mienfoo who have to get to the 50's to evolve.
