You don't need those two. You just need to get the rainbow wing which I think some dude in pewter city has.
No, the old guy has the Silver Wing, which helps you get Lugia.
Eusine doesn't go to Ecruteak until you get the three legendary beasts.
Is there any easier way to do this? Just finding them is a pain for me.
Wait,wait,wait..... Don't you get one of the wings from the owner of the radio tower? Or is that only in HG/SS? I confuse those two sometimes.
Gold, Silver, and Crystal all have different ways of obtaining the Rainbow Wing.
The Radio Tower is Gold. The old man giving you it is Silver. Finding the three beasts is Crystal. --- "I love going on message boards and complaining about games I've never played!" - Francis, Super Paper Mario
Do what a pro does. Trade over a Raikou or Entei from Gold or Silver, and then it will appear as seen. Then catch your official one with a Mean Look Hypnosis Crobat, weaken with False Swipe first, and work from there. --- Legend of Gamefaqs - TherianReturns. The only true Pokemon fan.

Except for the fact that I don't even have a file started on Gold OR Silver.
Can someone please tell me a good route to go back and forth in, or something? I just need help SEEING them. I wasted 60 Max Repels. --- "I love going on message boards and complaining about games I've never played!" - Francis, Super Paper Mario
Go to a place where there are two possible areas it could be next to each other. (If there are 2 routes next to each other) Keep walking between them and it may be easier to find them. --- http://www.youtube.com/user/Shrooboid313?feature=mhee Please check out my YouTube channel. Haven't played the old gameboy games in a while, but can't you see what area of the map Entei and Raikou are currently in? I'm currently playing through SoulSilver and I ineptly knew to run back and forth between two routes/town until one of them was close so I'm guessing I did that back in the Crystal days but now that I think about it maybe I got that idea from the roaming Pokemon in Diamond/Pearl.
