I should be able to aim at certain parts of a Pokemon, like the horn.
Twinneedle, double power to 50, increase critical chance ratio, increase poison chance from 20 to 30.
Why? So it doesn't suck

All 2-turn moves should have their damage output increased by a lot. (At least 160 power: 80 power per turn). Stuff like Razor Wind, Sky Attack, etc. Only exception is Solarbeam because it auto-charges in the sun.
