Like Swift doing more damage but losing it's hit all the time effect.

I would have Ice Shard have a power of 60 and a 10% chance to freeze.

Hyper Beam and all variants now lose the recharge turn if the opponent faints the turn the move was used. Because it was in the original god pokemon games so it must be balanced.

Twinneedle, double power to 50, increase critical chance ratio, increase poison chance from 20 to 30.

All 2-turn moves should have their damage output increased by a lot. (At least 160 power: 80 power per turn). Stuff like Razor Wind, Sky Attack, etc. Only exception is Solarbeam because it auto-charges in the sun.
