Meanwhile the people of Starshine village were having adventures with their Spirit Pokemon, a lone scientist was creating a serum using the Mio from the crisis so many years ago…
The scientist was using dangerous chemicals in his research, when agents from an unknown organization burst into his lab…
They thought the scientist’s experiments were too dangerous and wanted to take it from him.
But the scientist had a feeling this would happen…
He had tanks of his perfected serum in the oceans of the world.
All he had to do was press a button and all of the oceans of the world would be infected with the Mio+.
He did so, and was then taken to a high security prison for life by the agents, for he had just unleashed a serum on the world that would make them half Pokemon…---
