As cool and useful as this is, I'm not paying $7.00 USD for it.

Has anyone used legal Pokémon created through that app in online battles? Or even in tournaments such as VGC?

NO, now that is beyond even the most hackworthy of hackers. Its most likely you'll get noticed very quick and banned too.

Alright let me clear this up for you guys. It cost 7 dollars for me in American currency.
Once you buy it, you NEED to follow the tutorial to set up the proper DNS settings.

You create the pokemon, can use YOUR ID number, any place, how you got it, moves have to be legit as does the ability, you can put whatever EV's and IV's you want into it. You NEED to have 6 pokemon in your party so it goes into your box or else you have to deposit then withdraw due to some HP bug it does.

Do not know about an android version. Once you're complete you click the giant upload button. You then simply go into the GTS and BAM gifted pokemon.

I have created a competitive Beldum that looks 100% legit but simply isnt legit.

Basically for 7 dollars, its a easier to use, more advanced, and a infinitely better AR

PM me if you guys want to know, I have been using it all morning and the thing is bloody AMAZING

Oh, so its basically one of those GTS programs? Meh, I already have an action replay 3 in fact, might as well use that+pokegen

The way I see it, with how the app is being explained, if the Pokemon is gifted to you via a non Nintendo method, doesn't it show up on the Pokemon's information that it was received in an event gift that doesn't exist?

Also, properly hacked Pokemon can't be proven to be hacked. Official tournaments can check the IVs and EVs of your Pokemon, and realistically, having 31 IVs across the board on every single one of all of your Pokemon's stats is impossible, it's not actually impossible. If they decide to disqualify you despite that depends on the tournament organizers, as there is no actual way of proving people who properly hacked their Pokemon as guilty, they can only assume his luck was highly improbable.

It's more then likely that some (or a lot of) people who have entered Pokemon tournaments have hacked their Pokemon, it's not as if legit IV training is thought to be a good or fair mechanic among the competitive community.

Well Nintendo allows RNGing so perfect IV Pokemons are seen a lot But I'm pretty sure Nintendo has a record of event pokemon and if they see something like an event Bronzong or something that doesn't exist I don't believe it will be allowed

Is there an Android version?

This. Although I could bear with an iOS version (My girlfirned has an iPhone 3GS) I would rather have an Android version for my Galaxy S III
