If you were a real trainer, how would you treat your Pokemon?

I would keep them as pets and I would love them and hug them and brush them and comb them and read stories to them and clip their claws and polish their shells and make them toast and sleep with them and have lotsa fun with them. And we'd also be best friends ever.

We would be best friends, but we would also train hard and win as many battles as possible.

They'd become my best friends though i'd probably end up getting power hungry. And why is relationship even an option.

While I would train them and use them in battle, my Pokemon and I would be best friends.
