So then the Swords Dance is pointless, because rain/Water types dominate the tier, and Heatran is one of the most common Pokemon.

A set-up Pokemon that requires 2-3 Pokemon to be taken out before he can even hope of sweeping, plus enough life and to be out on the right Pokemon to set up? Yeah, doesn't happen that easily. Only thing SD Scizor has going for him is the surprise factor, since Choice Band is clearly better and more common.

If you try to sweep with Scizor, you're doing it wrong.

Scizor is a hit and run Pokemon.
