121 base speed and learns move SE against every type.
More than strong enough to take out a Pokemon with 120 Defense and HP...

I like the names and can't really complain about the stats but with it being a zombie Pokemon shouldn't it be similar to Shedinja (low HP) with a poison typing? Also that move list is terrible. It should learn Shadow Ball, curse and hex instead of pound, Substitute, and Body Slam

Here's what I'd want out of a normal ghost.

Levitate/Cursed Body/Prankster

HP - 110
Attack - 85
Defense - 85
Special Attack - 90
Special Defense - 90
Speed - 45

A rather tanky Ghost type whom can either have 4 immunities, have a chance to disable moves upon taking a hit, or being able to use certain setup and/or certain support moves (though, it'd be fairly limited in its options In order to balance it out ). It has very low speed, out ran by most threats in OU, but its high HP and good defenses means that it can still take even super effective hits and fire back with the right investment (Tyranitar's Banded Crunch does 83.49-98.11% This 'mon should it be fully invested in it's HP and Defense. While that's alot, being able to tank the hit and potentially status or fire back at Tyranitar is pretty impressive. Just better hope hazards aren't up... ) Depending on the movepool, a normal/ghost with at least these stats could be amazing (I'm actually not entirely sure on the abilities... They might be just a bit much... )
