Technician is a good ability, though Mr. Mime isn't exactly the best Pokemon to abuse it. Icy Wind, Charge Beam, Magical Leaf, and (lol) Wake-Up Slap, that's about it as far as Mr. Mime's moves that can take advantage of Technician. Well, and Confusion and Snore, but... no. Just no.

Congrats! Confusion is now stronger than psybeam but still weaker than psychic. I have one myself. Also taught it charge beam, magical leaf, and I forget what else. It's okay at best.
