Yeah, and your Lv. 100 Pikachu always loses to a Lv. 5 Snivy. That's real great.

Nope. Level 5 Snivies don't know leaf tornado

Can't you breed for one?

If you breed a Female snivy(or snivy's evolutions) with its level up attack(leaf Tornado) and a male with the same attack(Baby must be able to learn the attack) it is passed to the baby. I know this because I did this for LC in Pokemon BR(I did not breed snivy though).

I never bred Snivy. I don't like it

When you are about to catch a pokemon, you see a special animation of your character turning his hat around and then throwing the poke ball.

Yeah, I thought that immediately after I posted lol but my point was that the anime doesn't have the same mechanics and physics as the games. His whole point was that it was level 5 because that's how the game ones are but when has any starter had any moves besides weak normal attack+tail whip/leer/growl?

And there hasn't been anything said about Pikachu's level. He could be 89, could be 50, could be 35, or simply the anime doesn't have levels (besides those first season level mentions) The Snivy could be level 50 too.

my first though when I read the title was that you'd have a 1/1337xxx chance to have access to a 4th pokemon starter instead of the basic 3 water fire grass and thought that was a cool idea.. then I read this post and died inside a little
