The basilisk comes to mind. It will have the ability glare and that has a 45% chance of paralysing the foe when it switches in.

And we haven't had a bunch of different types of fish, we haven't had a Tiger or a Platypus.

Psyduck, despite the name, more closely resembles a platypus than an actual duck. Also, I think Therian Landorus is a tiger.
