Name: Splinter
Type: Grass
Power: 80
Accuracy: 90%
Type: Physical
Effect: Splinter leaves the target with "splinters," which causes damage equal to 1/16th of their total health each turn. This effect is not removed by switching out. Effect does not stack with itself. Can be removed with Rapid Spin.

Doubles/Triples: Splinters will effect all adjecent Pokemon.

Random idea. Wanted to write it down.

Power should be 60, and should be removed with a switch.

Adjusted ability. Didn't want to nerf damage too much.
