he's been top tier OU ever since ADV and he's incredibly versatile and unpredictable with lots of viable sets. his only real weakness is that steel/psychic aren't ideal offensive STABs coverage wise and given his lack of hard hitting moves. even then he manages to find ways around his offensive limitations for example through iron head flinch hax and CM sets
