*Paralysis The most aggravating of them all. The chance of losing a turn is a hassle, but the speed-drop pretty much murders any Pokémon that relies on first-strike. Plus, so many Pokémon can learn ways to inflict it (Thunder Wave, Stun Spore, Body Slam, etc.)
*Confusion Second-worst due to the coin-flip odds of your Pokémon wasting a turn to smack itself, but it's not as bad since all you need to do to cure it is to switch out.
*Attract Too situational to be of much use (user and target have to be opposing genders), but when it works, it can really ruin an opponent's day so long as they don't switch out. Especially brutal when mixed with Paralysis and Confusion.
*Burn For a Physical-focused Pokémon, the attack drop is bad. For those that rely on Special Attack, it's pointless. The HP loss generally isn't too big a deal either way.
*Sleep Attacks that inflict it generally don't work when you need it to. It can be dangerous when it works, though, since the target is guaranteed to be out for at least their next turn.
*Toxin/Poison The HP loss doesn't do much in the way of long-term effects.
*Freeze Rarely ever happens, and the frozen Pokémon more often than not thaws out instantly.

I didn't realize people undervalued the Burn status ailment... Clearly they don't play competitive. Or at least, they don't play it well. --- A Scandalous Fox...
