What if they made a move kinda like Safeguard but for entry hazards?

Eh, Taunt is alright, but there's always switching out. And Magic Coat is kinda meh. You have to be good at predicting.

Yeah but then you have to have a sableye and a pokemon with magic bounce on your team... :\
Also, obviously it's not a good enough counter because people are still using entry hazards the same as before.
I think my idea is a fair way to nerf entry hazards without making them useless.

Both of which are solid pokemon. I think the real reason entry hazards exsits is because playing balanced and defensive is still thoroughly enjoyed. Not to mention not many people think to use those moves or pokemon. So it is kind of moot, I understand what you are getting at, but if you use those two and strong sweepers you will destroy a lot of stuff...
