Voted Peppy but meant Slippy.

Slippy's ability would be called "Target." It makes the opponents' moves always hit him. In doubles and triples all of the opponents' attacks hit Slippy instead of their chosen target. Distance in triples (Hitting non-adjacent Pokemon) is ignored.
