Stop trying to define what a "real fan" is. I actually like the new forme, but it's absolutely ridiculous to dismiss someone else's fandom just because they dislike one of the classic Pokemon getting a new form with a very polarizing new look.
A fan is a fan is a fan. --- We don't have to dream we're important.

A real fan also isn't a delusional personal who just follows every beck and call of whatever they are into. I personally don't care either way about Newtwo, not like I'd use it anyway. There are things about it that are kind of cool and things about it that are kind of stupid looking. --- Black: 0003 2733 6504 SS: 1677 7369 7003

"The people who don't blindly like everything just because it's pokemon aren't blind fanboys"
fixed the title to make it more accurate. --- My systems: Genesis/32X, Saturn, Dreamcast, GG, SNES, N64, GCN, Wii, Wii U, Xbox360, PS1, PS2, PS3, GBC, DS Lite, DSi XL, 3DS, PS VITA

Well, I'M a real Scotsman.
I get it! I understand the joke! --- Let's just pretend this says something witty.

Trying to define real fans is one of the sillier things a fan can do. One of the things that makes fandom awesome is that anyone can join.
Let me guess, Lightning, you don't like "fake" geek girls either? --- The answer to "Why not?" is always Wobbuffet.

Good. I don't want to be labeled as a Pokemon fan anyways.

You know, Lightning, your statement is a terrible conclusion. It's OK to dislike some designs, as long as you don't hate the series because of it.
