Echoed Voice Growl Heal Bell Hyper Voice Perish Song Relic Song Roar Round Screech Sing Snore Supersonic Uproar
New Moves Sound Wave - (Status) Protection against Status Moves for one turn. Same priority as Protect, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, and Detect.
High Note - (Special) User sends out a high screech that may cause the opponent to flinch.
Quaver Slash - (Physical) User summons an eighth note and slashes the opponent with it. Has a high critical hit ratio.
Abilities could include the existing Soundproof and new ones like Amplifier (like Overgrow, Blaze, Torrent, and Swarm) and Harmonize (Which increases the Sp. Attack of the Pokemon if paired with another Pokemon with Harmonize, like Plus and Minus)
Sound Offensive: Super-effective against: Water (Sound travels faster in Water) Steel (Can tavel through metals like Steel) Dragon (reptiles are sensitive to high/low sounds?)
Not-very-effective against: Psychic (learn to meditate and block any distractions) Sound (Sound waves stop other sound waves) Ice (Snow absorbs sound and Ice could reflect it back?)
Defensive Weak to: Electric (Electrical waves could disrupt sound waves?) Rock (Rocks travel right through the waves?) Psychic (Can manipulate the sound waves?)
Resistant to: Sound (Sound waves stop other sound waves)
I'm not sure how to work that part.

I'm not sure I'd be accepting of a new type purely because the new type would be disproportionately small unless there was a sufficiently large retcon of existing Pokemon, or a considerably large number of the new Pokemon would have to conveniently belong to that type.
