anyone know that pokemon name that was written in the book at the powerplant in pokemon Red/Blue?

i just want to know if that Pokemon exist or if they are going to have it in X/Y.

I assume you mean the ones in Pokemon Mansion. And the only thing I can think you mean is Guyana. The country in South America where they found Mew.
