I know the AI can do boneheaded things, but this?

So I was level grinding my Dratini into a Dragonite on the Elite Four, and it finally evolves after beating the ghost and psychic specialists, Pudge evolved and gained her wings... But apparently, it took the remaining E4 members a while to notice this.

I kept Dragonite in the front of the party at all times through these battles, never switching, to get the most experience possible. When I reached Grimsley's Krookodile, it's first instinct was not to use Outrage, but Earthquake. It used Outrage on the next turn, so I didn't think much of it, at first, but when Marshal's Throh came out against my Dragonite at the start of the match, it's first move was, once again, Earthquake, instead of the Super-effective Stone Edge, which, again, it used the next turn instead.

I haven't seen the AI do something this weird since the good old days of G/S/C. Did something I do cause a glitch?

It has Multiscale, right? The AI, for some reason, has problems dealing with Multiscale. It's kinda funny, and can be used to your advantage in places like this and the Battle Subway or PWT.

The AI usually does this. The haxway is the complete opposite though.

Yeah, it had Multiscale. Thanks for letting me know about this! I can see many happy hours in the Subway in my future, with this info...

Dragonair evolves into Dragonite, not Dratini. Nice try cheating, Lance alt.

Great joke; I'm sure they evolved it into a Dragonair first.

Yeah...
After Psychic doesn't hurt my "Blaziken" (Zoroark) and "Blaziken" uses Night Daze, Caitlin still uses Psychic against it.

I'm not easily impressed; I'm usually oblivious to whatever's in front of me.

How about this?

I'm battling Bugsy at the PWT. He starts the battle with Scizor.

I Trick a Choice Scarf onto it, locking it into Swords Dance.

Bugsy switches out. Expected, right?

Eventually, I rip through the rest of his team and Scizor is forced to come back. What does it do?

Yeah, it uses Swords Dance again. *facepalm*

"Quickly! Use Swords Dance enough and you'll have to use Struggle!"
