I've always wondered if they'd make a Pokemon SSB-esque game one day, with movelists assigned to commands (simple commands, much like how Tales does it). I'd play it on the side, but I prefer turn/menu based battle systems in my JRPGs.

It would need a substantial rework of the battle mechanics (stats especially) and would be an absolute horror to balance, but it would potentially be even greater than the current games.
