I got slammed with a moderation before with a topic with a similar premise for spoilers. It was to be more on the safe side.
Anyways, the third one was indeed Smokescreen. It was a variation of Flash and Sand-Attack and learned by a majority of Fire-type Pokemon.

I think you need to learn the definition of "majority." It means most. It doesn't mean a lot. There are more Fire Pokémon that don't learn it than do. 10 Fire types learn Smokescreen. By my count, there are 49 Fire types total. That's not a majority. That's actually a vast minority.

Move #4: 1. Learned by one Pokemon via level-up, but can be learned by many baby Pokemon through breeding. 2. The accuracy for this move is 90%. 3. It can cause 40, 80, or 120 damage to the opponent. The 80 can also help the opponent too.
Move #5: 1. Only two different evolutionary lines can learn this move. 2. It has 35 BP and 85% accuracy. 3. This move was the less known evil of a certain famous move from RBY.
