Grovyle is leagues cooler than Sceptile. Same goes for Dragonair, as many have said.

I wouldn't call its final stage disappointing by any means, but I like Kadabra more than Alakazam.

I must be one of the few who did not mind Dragonite. It and Charizard looked like they needed to slim down some, but I liked the acquisition of wings, even if it hurt them competitively.

None of the gen 5 starters did it for me, but Emboar was the worst of the bunch.

Masquerain. Holy crap, that thing makes me so mad. In the generation levitate was introduced they couldn't be bothered to keep it bug and water. Sure, intimidate is cool, but it has crap defenses anyway.

Magnezone. I loved Magneton, but when I evolved it, it became this hideous UFO pokemon with floating magnets around it.

This.

Magneton is like my favorite pokemon. I'd have much prefered it if it were like 5 or 7 magnemites stuck together.

In other words, a lot of people have terrible taste.

Did someone say Dragonite yet?

Stoutland. Normally I really don't like the Scotish terrier type dogs but Lillipup and then Herdier won me over. Then Stoutland lost me forever.

Dragonite. Went from a sleek graceful beast to Barnie.
Oddly enough, Rhyperior and Magnezone kind of grew on me from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky and Pokemon Conquest, respectively.

Gotta be Dragonair. Makes no sense and looks derpy as hell. A serpentine third stage of the dragonite line would be an awesome aesthetic addition to any team.
