Dude redarch, I was defending competitive play to the casuals while you were off vacationing before you came back in what February or march? People actually labeled me as competitive defender or something. My battle cry was "SCRUB"
But yeah, I haven't played competitively in over a year, to be honest, and I've forgotten more about the metagame than most of these people even know.

Oh my God, did somebody just claim Regice is comparable to Blissey?
Hey, casual players don't know!
They're you know...casual.
They shouldn't say anything, then.

Wouldn't Volt Switch be better than U-turn Given Blissey has better Special attack than attack, or is it a bug v psychic thing?
I really hope you aren't insinuating that volt switch is a psychic type move..
But regardless, to expand on your question, in this instance u-turn would still be superior to volt switch for one reason alone : volt switch won't work against a ground type pokemon, so it would be useless on blissy in this instance. While blissy's SpAtk is indeed higher than its Atk, it still won't be causing enough damage to really matter for the most part . U turn's ability to hit all pokes would ultimately make it more usefull for blissy.
