What ideas do you have to make evasion more "fair" in battles?
My ideas are..
1) Roar, and Whirlwind always hits 2) More distribution, and more types of "always hitting" moves
I agree with point two more, but each type should have two never miss moves each: one that has 60BP (for Technician users) and a more powerful, but with less PP, version for non technicians. Think Aura Sphere, but with like, ten PP. The current aura sphere can stay, and fighting gets another one with more distribution. Or just have the 60BP one.
