Would you use this dumb move?

Basically you have a recharge turn (Think like Solarbeam, Sky Attack. Not Hyperbeam/Giga Impact)

Then on the next turn you faint and while laying out Stealth Rock, 3 layers of Spikes and 2 layers of Toxic Spikes?

Is the move worth it?

You charge, opponent switches to Espeon, you know have Stealth Rock, 3 layers of Spikes and 2 layers of Toxic Spikes on your side of the field.

I like it.

Turn 1: Pokemon is charging!
Turn 1: Foe attacked!
Turn 2: Foe sent our Rapid Spinner!
Turn 2: Pokemon Fainted!

So no. It would only be halfway viable if you immediately switched out a spinblocker, but that would be too easy to predict if they could see your team. You have the option of switching to a spinblocker or risking your Pokemon dying in vain.

Take away the recharge turn.

This. If the user(s) of this move started showing up on every team, all the smart players would start carrying magic bouncers(and whatever the move version is).

Espeon (or some gen6 bouncer) becomes one of the highest used pokemon in OU.

I guess he means the recharge turn comes first and not afterwards?

Basically, it's a charging turn not a recharging turn.

Either way, no. I wouldn't use it. Because of Rapid Spin, and:

TBH, I would use it. I mean Deoxys-S and Deoxys-D got banned because they were capable of setting SR and one layer of Spikes.

That combo is pretty good. While with this move you get an extra 2 layers of Spikes and Toxic Spikes. If I were to use this move I'll obviously use a Pursuiter and a ghost to my advantage.
