How do you like this ability idea: Pin Cushion

Effect: When this Pokemon is sent out, all entry hazards are removed. They are then "stuck" to the Pokemon, and will do damage to the opponent the next time the Pokemon with the ability makes physical contact. If there is more than one entry hazard, they will apply in reverse order.

Okay, this is a little complicated, so let me give an example.

Current entry hazards (In the order they were laid): Stealth rock, spike, toxic spike, spike.

Go, Pokemon!
Pokemons Pin Cushion absorbed the hazards!
The opponent used Body Slam!
Pokemon takes damage!
Pokemons Pin Cushion deals damage (Normal type, because spikes)
Pokemon uses Body Slam!
The Opponent takes damage!
Pokemons Pin Cushion poisons the opponent (Because of toxic spikes)
Then it will do spikes damage again, then stealth rock damage.

So it's like Rapid Spin + Sticky Barb?

Pretty much. But instead of transferring to the opponent, the hazard does damage once.
