1. CoroCoro will come out officially on the 15th, and thus CoroCoro will not be a leak anymore on the 15th
2. Smash is advertising that they're going to have new info on the 19th
3. If Smash's May 19th info ends up being the same as CoroCoro's May 15th info, then the info on Smash won't be new

You're assuming it will be the same info, and if CoroCoro gets leaked, it being officially released doesn't negate the leak

It does negate the leak because it's an official date and the public will be aware of its contents by that time. And I'm assuming it's the same info under your premise that people will get mad at Smash for revealing stuff we already got from the leak.

No, it doesn't negate the leak. Being officially known doesn't erase the leak from history

Because it's happened before.

It does erase its status of being a leak though.

In Japan, no one over the age of 5 watches Pokemon Smash. The information on there is always exactly the same as what we end up getting in CoroCoro. The official website will also probably be updated within a matter of hours for those of us here in the West.

It will be "new" info, but anyone who follows the media closely will have already seen/heard all of it.

No it doesn't, the info will still have been leaked.
