It's a pretty unique typing and it gives it ghost immunity, if it's got static as a possible ability then its fighting type weakness is both a boon and a curse. Because then it's bait where you take advantage of it fighting weakness you risk getting paralyzed.
I've got a quote that embodies you perfectly, but it's seventy-three posts long, has a few massive flowcharts, and lots of Xion-KMA to Me
Unless someone just vacuum waves it away. But seriously I kind of like it. I almost always use a electric type and hope this thing is decent. I remember Blitzle being a disappointment. But I preferred Galvantula anyway so Gen 5 wasnt a loss on electric types.
Why Elec/Norm? There are so many unused electric duel types.
Electric/Normal being one of them, which is no longer unused now.
I'd be willing to bet that since the Normal is the secondary type, it will probably change into something else when it evolves. With the exception of Flying types, almost every Pokemon that changes types upon evolving changes its secondary type (if not all, can anyone think of any examples of a dual type non-Flying Pokemon who changes its primary type upon evolving?)
