I actually wouldn't mind the Fairy-type as described by PokeBeach

It'd definitely shake things up and balance things a little bit.

...And I like Dragon Pokemon

Immunity to dragon.

Fighting, dark and dragon being weak to fairy.

And fire and psychic resisting fairy seems great so far! :D

SE against Dark? As if Dark-types weren't frail enough to begin with.

I was shocked to see it beat dark. Darks are balanced. But I guess it's whatever's lol

there is absolutely no reasoning behind the described type matchups for Fairy

But the other matchups make so much since right. Ice is water, yet is not supereffective against fire. Steel is weak to ground...why? Fighting supereffective against steel and weak to psychic...punch steel, see how it works out. Psychic are all about mental strength, how could they take a hit from a fighting type? The list goes on and on.

my point is that these type matchups look like they were specifically designed with type rebalance in mind.
poison and steel are bad offensive types, suddenly a new type gives them new SE hits.. dragon has only one resistance and super powerful attacks, so let's add a type that has full immunity to them.
i don't understand its offensive properties at all.

It's to balance the type chart. I'm just wondering what fairy resists.

Ooo lemme list some.....

Why does ice beat grass

Why isn't steel weak vs electric

Why are all the those fire breathing dragons weak vs ice

Why are birds.... Sorry flying types weak vs rock... Honestly how many times in your life had you picked up a rock an hit a.... Sry side tracking

If ice beats grass an ground then what makes rock so special....
