If that mean Lilligant gain acess to an non grass type move then yes despite her gain a 4X weakness to posion, But pack a posion poison just for her is not worth when you can use a steel type move to crush her and other fairy types.
Lilligant will become BL at best thank to being the fairy type.

I would say the easy way for many pokes would be to see if they are in the fairy egg group ( barring legendaries of course that can't breed)
