Psychic.

Just think of Psychics as the stereotypical DnD nerds locked up in their basement, and Normals as the beefhead jocks that interrupt their game and beat them up.

But that's Fighting, and Psychics go on to college and have successful jobs as programmers and quirky nerds who make money.

Fine, then. Normal > Psychic because normal people aren't crazy/have mental disorders.

What does 80/80 mean?

As for the topic, I'd choose dark because normal-types would cut through dirty tactics with their superior force.

80/80 means that they uses up exactly the maximum amount of characters in a topic title.

In other note, Ghost, just so Normal can actually hit all types, as for Scrappy, they could probably change it into a converted Sheer Force, except able to strike "phase-affected Pokemon" such as the charging turns of Fly/Dive/Dig, except turns all hits into regular damage or lose any secondary effects.

Weak against Ice, just because I love Ice types and they need more power.

Dragon, because then everyone would start spamming normal type Pokemon. Beware the rise of Ambipom!
