catching a Pokemon in one should ether:

removes statues when out of battle
have a slight regen effect (1 hp per 10 steps)

Heal balls should do what they do now but increase the catch rate if the Pokemon has a status.

But, to balance it out, the ball has a lower catch rate than even a regular Pokeball.
