Who should I add? I need counters type balance my team. Pokemon who can absorb and counter Fire/Steel/Fighting/maybe flying Pokemon, and could either take advantage of Hail, or take it from a negative to a neutral weather effect for it.

(Low Kick Weavile can outspeed OHKO Heatran, correct? Is that only with Choice Band?)

Gyarados, Heatran, Alakazam, Gengar. Any of these four would work well.

This sig is significant

Just use what every damn hail team has, a Abomasnow/Heatran/Tentacruel core. Though I really wouldn't recommended so many Ice types. I understand you don't want your Pokemon to get hurt by hail but all those Ice types will do you more harm than good. I would suggest replacing one for something like Reuniclus or something if you're that worried about Hail damage.

i would recommend replacing abomasnow with tyranitar
and then replacing every member of the team accordingly

It's not I'm worried about Hail damage, I'm just making use of Hail.

Why make a hail team and not use ice Pokemon and moves.

I got a sunny day team where 5/6 Pokemon make use of strong sunlight.

And I don't want to do the overdone and generic teams.

Also adamant Weavile does OHKO 252/0 Heatran with Low Kick, but only about 15% of the time. With SR that becomes 92%

^ Because ice Pokemon suck tbh

Also, ingrain on abomasnow means you'll lose the weather war lol

How would this fare with Life Orb or Choice Band?

Good point. I always throw the weather move on my weather ability leads.

(Droughtales with Sunny Day, for example)

Oh, that calc was done with LO in mind. So Choice Banded Low Kick will totally KO 252/0 Heatran. Heck, Jolly CB will faint it.
