Body Slam makes more sense as a weight based move, but then again snorlax exists.

Wailord used Heavy slam on a level 1 pidgey.

Somewhat related, but personally I think moves like Quick Attack and Extremespeed should be based on speed... Using agility right before the move should also boost the damage, kinda like with Defense Curl and Rollout.

They have priority...its kinda counter intuitive that the strength would need to rely on speed stat. It would just make faster pokes better than they already are. The whole point of priority is that YOU DON'T have to be fast...
