I'm drawing a blank on the town names. Scatterbug and Flabébé I get, plus Litleo (little + lit + Leo) too, but Vaniville and Santalune aren't terribly clear. Character names too - Viola and Alexa don't remind me of anything in particular.

iGen is a well-known troll whose schtick is to go to different forums and talk about how Pokemon is awful because the generations aren't different enough, while talking about how GF milks the fanbase with remakes ("Rehash Ruby" or whatever) and purposely makes their older games unplayable (failing batteries for Gen 2, etc.).
