The center of the flower could be a different color instead of yellow.

It was. In the words of the official website:
Another newly discovered Fairy-type Pokémon, Flabébé clings to a flower early on, and then cares for it for its entire life. Because of this, Flabébé may be found holding flowers of different colors.
I'm thinking the red flower will be the most common, but other flowers colors will be less common (with one color being considerably rare). Anyways, a shiny Flabebe's body color will be different when it's shiny, and given the situation, it will probably have a drastic shiny coloration to make it extra-obvious if a player does encounter one. --- [Este mensaje fue borrado al deseo del dueno]
