The difference is no one thought their masculinity was being threatened by playing a game that had Dark or Steel types.
Why do people feel their masculinity is being threatened by Fairy-type? I mean, they're already playing Pokémon.
Oh great, now they will come in and do the whole spiel about how pokemon isn't for kids/girly men and anyone thinking so is being old fashioned and narrow minded while still trying to argue that Fairy type is girly.
