Deoxys ability is Alienzoner (Alien Zone)
For any dark types has the ability Torcher me (Masokiss Pulse)
Any cute pokemon has the ablity Naughtiness (Spoiled Field)

I had one for darkness a while ago, but it seems like someone beat me to the punch on concept anyway.

Midnight Strike
-Ghost and Dark attacks are boosted by 50%
-Psychic and Fairy type attacks are cut by 50%
-Ghost and Dark types can bypass trapping and pursuit
-Moonlight heals 66% of HP
-Morning Sun heals 25% of HP
-All non Dark, Bug, and Ghost Pokemon have 5% chance of not moving
-The defense of Dark types increase by one stage
-The move Dark Void always hits
-The effect chance for all Dark, Bug, and Ghost moves is boosted by 50%

Darkness Falls

Weather:
Magnetic Field
-chance of paralysis increases by 50% for all non-electric types
-physical electric moves gain 20% increase in power
-special electric moves hit all enemy pkmn

Meteor Shower or Shooting Stars:
-Fairy type moves gain 20% in power
-(In Sky battles) each pkmn loses 1/16th health each turn

New Moon:
-All Dark pkmn gain a 10% boost in all Stats (too much?)


Full Moon:
-All Psychic pkmn gain a 10% boost in all Stats
-Surf does 1.5x damage

Environment:
Volcano:
-chance of burn for non-Fire type increases by 50%
-Fire moves gain 20% increase in power
-all non-fire pokmn lose 1/16th health every other turn

Underwater:
-All Water moves have priority

Hurricane force winds:

During battle, depending on the Pokemon's weight, there is a chance of them being blown away. Just think of Roar with varied accuracy rates.

Ex: Snorlax would be immune to the effects while a Pokemon like Flabebe would have a 100% chance.
