Interesting, and good for faking out opponents. It may be better as a Ghost-type, though. 7.5/10.

Pollution
Type: Poison
PP: 10
Causes different effects.
Accuracy Decrease - 35%
Poisoning - 25%
Strengthen Poison-type moves for 2 turns - 25%
Badly poison - 10%
OHKO - 5%

Also, to prevent from being too OP, you can only use this twice in a single battle.

Pollution would certainly help boost poison type's usefulness.

Mind Focus- Raise Accuracy and Special Attack by One Stage

Make all them 70-85 moves less luck based!

In the seventh turning hour, should the victims shadows fall, will the irony grow hungry with the victory and all they sought for. We were one among the fence.

5/10. A bit OP. I can easily imagine Battle Tower/Subway/Whatever-is-in-Gen-VI spamming this.

Focus Beam.
Type: Fighting
Special.
PP: 15
Accuracy: 100

A Fighting type variant of Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and the like.
It would look like a thinner Focus Blast but in a beam instead of a sphere.
---
I'm not easily impressed; I'm usually oblivious to whatever's in front of me.

I think most specially based pokemon/ mixed pokemon would get it, just like tons of physical attackers got Hone Claws!

5/10, while I think another equivalent of flamethrower is a good idea, I don't think it should go to Fighting type.

One thing I don't like about the Physical/Special Split is that it made one of many pokemon's attacking stats completely useless. The only way this is remedied is with types like Rock and Fighting which have very few, poorly distributed, or inaccurate special moves (or physical moves in the case of Fire). I think it's a better idea to keep it that way, no matter how annoying it can be.

I've posted this move before, but no ones really given me feeback

Ether Lance
Type: Fairy/Physical
PP: 10
Power: 180
Effect: If the target isn't KO'd by this attack, the user faints
Description: The user transfers all of it's energy to it's weapon, and reabsorbs the energy of fallen foes.
