So far, most of the Fairy-Types aren't very good Dragon Counters.

Sylveon and Flabebe are unknown.

But does anyone see Azumarill, Gardevoir, and Wigglytuff being Prime Competitive Dragon Killers? All of them are way too slow.

Yes, I'm assuming Wigglytuff and Azumarill will be Fairy-Typed too.

Doesn't matter. Dragons are literally unable to touch them (with any attack), and every attack the Fairy types use OHKOs all dragons.

With the right moves, Azumarill could be an okay option. Fairy should improve it defensively overall and it could be a minor force.

A bigger issue is that dragons are both common and uncommon in the competitive scene. You wouldn't carry an Azumarill to take dragons and if you were forced to one or more dragons would be banned.

Also worth noting that Fairy moves on the right Pokemon could make them dragon killers

Bulky Azumarill and even Bulky Wigglytuff can probably survive one EQ. We won't know how good they'll be until we get more info. I doubt they'll be taking the meta by storm but they'll be more viable nonetheless.

Wigglytuff can't do anything reasonable to Garchomp after an EQ, and just gets 2HKO'd. And Azumarill will survive, but you don't really want one that doesn't have investment in Attack, and is better off using Ice Punch over any fairy move, unless its physical and has crazy high BP that outdamages Ice Punch.
