Oh god yes

Unless Stealth Rock is on the field, or you currently have a Pokemon with a Rock or Water-type move out, Volcarona will set up and sweep your team

No for the simple fact of having Ditto on my team. <3 If anything, that would hurt me more if Volcarona is pushed to Uber since I can't steal the sweep setup with Ditto. (Like with Blaziken and Excadrill.) >_>

It's still very vulnerable to Aqua Jet and rain teams (although it can also learn Hurricane as well).

D. There are still OU Pokemon that wall it hard regardless of the set, and several popular Scarfers (like Terrakion and Keldeo) still outspeed and OHK it even after one Quiver Dance.

See problem with this is usually if you can get 1 Quiver Dance up, you can get another in. At that point the "Scarfer can revenge kill" argument goes out the window.

Also Keldeo can't do anything to Volca under the sun.

i hate when people say no because a scarf (insert pokemon) can beat it or this one pokemon (heatran more than likely) can wall it

well....Trick room can stop blaziken doesn't stop him from being banned...or a slowbro, gyrados etc

anyways volc would be uber imo its way too noob friendly its biggest check would prob be dragonite (with no rocks nite is just as broken)

At least on Smogon, ubers is a ban list. Pokemon that get knocked upstairs aren't being sent there based on their merits in the ubers metagame, they're sent there because they're either broken or overcentralizing in OU. So you can't argue on their site that it shouldn't be banned because it won't do well in ubers with the dragons and Excadrills, because that's not the point. The point would be that it's exceptionally difficult to deal with in OU, or it forces a large amount of serious players to have very specific counters/checks to it on every team.

As for Volcarona itself, without rocks, I could see it potentially going uber.
The smogon standard checks/counters: Terrakion (scarf or in sand), Heatran (needs to pray Volca doesn't have HP ground), Chansey (outside of sun), and Snorlax. Terrakion and Heatran are very common already cause they're great, but the other two aren't.

Nonstandard/limited checks: Azumarill (rare), Gyarados, Dragonite and Salamence (if Volcarona doesn't have hp rock and has a limited number of boosts, otherwise it can cripple them back with raw power), Tyranitar (shaky at best, terrible if Volcarona has some boosts), Jellicent and Keldeo (if Volcarona doesn't have giga drain, and timid choice scarf Keldeo can't ohko with hydro pump outside of rain, and can't 2hko if sun's up).

You have 11 pokemon that come up as "higher end" checks or counters to Volcarona for OU play on smogon, but 3 aren't really seen that often, 1 is questionable, and you need to moveset scout efficiently to figure out that coverage move for 6 (granted, you should be doing this on a lot of opponents. But quiver dance is such a great move you have more pressure on you to figure it out quickly).
